Botanical Source: Pinus Massoniana Lamb from Yunan Province.

Production Process of Pine Pollen Extract Powder:
Pine pollen raw material — drying — extract with purified water — centrifugal filtration — concentration — purification — spray drying — sieving 80 mesh — packaging — testing physical and chemical indicators — warehousing
1. Put the raw pine pollen powder into 100 degree centigrade hot water(solvent) in a sealed tank; and continuously soak and stir the raw materials in solvent for 3 hours, repeat this extraction process for 3 times in order that all the nutrition in raw pine pollen can melt in the solvent completely.
2. Combine above 3 times’ extracting solution in one tank and concentrate the solution to a certain volume by decompression.
3. Add 3 times quantity food-grade ethanol(95% concentration) into above concentrated solution and thoroughly stir for 15 minutes then set aside for 12 hours so that the active ingredients could precipitate because most of these ingredients can’t dissolve in ethanol. And then separate the precipitated active ingredients from liquid to get the extractum.
4. Then dry the extractum to powder by spray drying method(temperature: 70-100 degree centigrade) to get rid of moisture. Then crushing and mixing the powder to make the color and the content consistent for the batch. And then sieve the powder by using 80 mesh sieve so that the particle size could ensure 95% pass 80 mesh. Finally pack the extract powder in 100,000 grade purification workshop and stock the products in warehouse.
